Subscription issue

Hello,
I have an issue with subscription, I've bought "Standard data service subscription" and after i received payment confirmation I've acted according to steps for activation in Forex Tester 2. It said that I have enabled TRIAL access and I recieved e-mail, where you thank me for subscribing to your data service. It says that you have enabled Standard access but it says that it will stay active till 2015-04-02.
And no matter how many times i try in Forex Tester 2, it stays on Trial and won't let me update from server, saying : Cannot download data from server.
