Forex Tester 5 Forum

I interrupted a running Strategy Optimizer. This caused the program to hang. I killed the process with Task Manager.
After that, every time I open or close FT, a popup comes up:

Debug Assertion Failed!

Are you able to launch the program? If not, then please reistall the program into another folder (like, C:\ForexTester2New), this should help.

The program did launch after clicking "Ignore".

I uninstalled FT (using Revo uninstaller) and installed it again in the same directory and after that it worked.
