Templates will only load on 4h chart

Anytime I try to apply a template to any other time-frame other than the 4hr chart they will not apply. Please help!

I am applying the chart by going to the daily time-frame then clicking view>template>"Template Name"..

The template is applicable for whole currency, thus if you saved template for USDJPY for example you can apply it to GBPUSD. But you can not apply it to timeframe, because template stores information about all timeframes of the currency.
